Replacement of a major oven control panel for Irwins Baker, Portadown

We redesigned the existing control system to improve the quality of processes, make the plant user friendly and enhance efficiency. The control panel was manufactured and tested in house before deploying a team of electrical engineers to manage the complete changeover of the control system within a very limited shut down window and to ensure minimum disruption to production.

As you can see the panel is operated via a touch screen HMI and it also incorporates oven mimic and fault diagnostics.

Control System for William Tracey Group

We were contracted by Kiverco Recycling Systems Ltd to carry out the design, manufacture and installation of the William Tracey recycling facility in Glasgow - this is one of the largest and most up to date plants in Scotland.

We have also provided over 60 control systems for Kivercos' recycling plants in the past few years. These were completely designed, manufactured and installed by our experienced electrical engineers with some facilities installed as far away as Spain and Australia.

Upgrade of Dunbia NI slaughter hall

One of our more recent projects has been to completely refurbish and expand the existing control system in the slaughter hall. We also carried out the complete electrical installation of all existing and new slaughter hall equipment. The project was completed entirely onsite during a shut down period of only 10 days.

We have also completed numerous other projects for the Dunbia Group throughout its UK and Ireland factories, including complete inspection and testing of some factories and provision of various control panels.
