AW Control Systems Ltd is currently seeking to recruit a number of control panel builders to join our expanding team.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading-edge company who design, manufacture, install and commission electrical control systems on an international scale.

The Role requires the candidate to:

  • Interpret and understand the requirements of electrical drawings
  • Layout electrical control panel backplates with components
  • Assemble and Label components
  • Undertake checks and complete necessary testing documentation
  • Modify electrical drawings for any alterations through build
  • Utilise effective time management ensuring the highest standards of customer service at all times

 

Essential Criteria:

  • 2- 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Ability to understand and interpret electrical schematics
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently using own initiative and as part of a wider team
